The annual event of Macau's design industry - "Macau International Design Exhibition" is sponsored by the Macau International Design Association for international design competition and academic exchange purposes. This joint exhibition is mainly supported by Macau RYB International - Primary Design Studio and Po Choi Uk Creative Space.

In the November 25 awarding ceremony, the Macau International Design Association will invite not only internationally renowned designers, but also praised Academician Zhang Jinqiu, Academician He Jingtang, Academician Peng Peigen, the Portuguese architect LUIS PEDRO SILVA, and other famous scholars, experts. The “2016 Golden Lotus International Design Competition for Students” is substantial supported by the Macau Foundation and the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government. This activity is an important milestone in the development of Macau's design industry. As the Department of Urban Management in our university, we will focus on developing diversified design and our goal is to training professional designers.
