In November 2016, the sophomore majoring in Arts in Design at FUMS completed their Photography Practice (Outdoor photography series).

 After the first three months of learning of basic photography skills and a lot of basic knowledge of portrait photography, the theme of this outdoor portrait photography practice is “take a photo for my classmates”, each student should choose the model from his classmates and to take a photo. Teacher directly guide the students how to take photo for their own model, how to communicate in order to express their intentions and thinking the way of light in outdoor place, how to control the rhythm of taking photo, and pay attention to light ratio, and many other details. The students also showed great enthusiasm of learning for the outdoor portrait photography practice.

For the outdoor scene photography practice teaching, we selected three locations, (the place beside Taipa Houses , the Ruínas da Antiga Catedral de São Paulo and Coloane area. The outdoor teaching more practice skills except the classroom knowledge. Students should choose one of five topics in following "the beauty of humanity; Him & Her; my vision; the story of the rain; Blown Away"
 

Students said through the course of learning, from the initial nonprofessional street photography up to now can use camera to take more professional Photography creation, according to the lessons learned knowledge, such as Photographic Composition, the using skills of camera aperture and shutter parameter adjustment, the understanding of light and other knowledge to carry out more professional photography, also like to love with the hands of the camera to record their own life. Moreover, Students also said that through the study of the basic course of photography, they can enhance their aesthetic level and get more Knowles of photography technology.
