Recently, the 2024 "Creative 3D Object Design Competition," organized by the Macao Productivity and Technology Transfer Center, announced the winners in three categories after evaluation by several professionals.

Wang Siyuan, a Year 22 undergraduate student in Design and Arts, won the Silver Award in the Higher Education category; Wu Ziyuan, a Year 21 undergraduate student in Design and Arts, won the Bronze Award in the Higher Education category; and Wang Lili and Hou Yichen, Year 23 undergraduate students in Design and Arts, received the Outstanding Award in the Higher Education category.

Wang Siyuan

I am honored to have won the Silver Award in this competition. I would like to thank the school and the college for providing me the opportunity to participate in the 2024 Creative 3D Object Design Competition. I also appreciate the pre-competition training sessions offered by the organizers, which helped me master the software operations and applications of Fusion 360.  

I am grateful to my teachers for their significant help and inspiration in my design process. I have come to realize that the design process involves continuous learning, practice, and the accumulation of experience. The efforts and dedication I have put in have been acknowledged and rewarded, which affirms my professional knowledge. In the future, I will continue to maintain my passion and persistence, and keep learning on this path to create more high-quality works.

Wu Ziyuan

I am very pleased to win the Bronze Award in the Creative 3D Object Contest 2024 for my design of the breastpin! This tie clip is not only a tribute to Macao culture, but also the inheritance of the concept of harmonious coexistence. Thanks to the platform provided by the school, the recognition of the judges, and the support of family and friends. In the future, I will continue to work hard to bring more interesting works.

Wang Lili

In this 3D design competition, I am sincerely grateful for the recognition from the judging panel and the support of the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center. This award affirms my efforts and reminds me to keep improving. I thank my teachers, family, and friends for their encouragement. In the future, I will dedication to 3D design innovation and contribute to the industry’s development. Hou Yichen

I am honored to receive the Excellence Award in the 2024 Creative 3D Design Competition. I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers, as well as to my family, loved ones, and those who have always supported and encouraged me.

What I want to thank the most is myself. It's me who decided to participate in the competition three months ago, me who decided to come to Macau to study a year ago, me who decided to study art three years ago, and me who is constantly anxious and frustrated. Now I want to tell them that we have achieved it and we must continue to persevere.
