After almost one year’s preparation and the defense in conference, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media (CUMULUS) officially announced that Faculty of Urban Management and Studies at the City University of Macau become one of the full member universities of CULUMUS committee. Cumulus is the only global association to serve art and design education and research recognized by UNESCO since 2011. Cumulus aims at building and maintaining a dynamic and flexible academic forum which would bring together top level educational institutions from Europe and all parts of the world.

The Faculty of Urban Management and Studies at the City University of Macau is the first faculty to become a CUMULUS full university member in the Hong Kong-Macau region. City university of Macau delivers impact through internationalization, innovation and interdisciplinary.  It attracts and nurtures global scholars through excellence in research, teaching and learning, and knowledge exchange. The university members in CUMULUS benefit each other and, through CUMULUS, City University of Macau has more choices and opportunities to recommend students to study and exchange in other excellent universities and receive exchange students applications from other universities. The new education mode of exchange is for the betterment of students and scholars.
