Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! We are happy to invite you to the Congregation 2017 !

1. Arrangement for the Congregation 2017

Date: 24 June 2017 (Saturday)

Time: 09:00-12:00

Venus: Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion.

Reporting Time: 08:15-08:45

Applicants who should fulfill the following requirements are approved to attend the Congregation:

• Undergraduates: applicants who have successfully completed the major compulsory subjects as required by the program enrolled, or applicants who are re-taking the failed courses in this academic year.
• Postgraduates: applicants who have successfully completed the major compulsory subjects as required by the program enrolled and submitted the applications for approval of oral examination arrangements.

Applicants should read “Notes” before completing the form "Registration form for Congregation 2017"(see attachment) and submit the completed form in person or email to the respective Faculty office fums@cityu.mo on or before 21 April 2017.

2. Arrangement for Group Photo-taking

Date: 22 June 2017 (Thursday)

Time 09:00-13:00

Venus: Garden at Luso-Chinese Building
