Research & Teaching

Preservation of cultural heritage

Mainly engaged in inorganic cultural relics (stone relics and painting and calligraphy mineral pigments) weathering disease mechanism research, pigment color development and aging fading and other research. Through the analysis of the main types of damage and the current situation, combined with modern scientific and technological means to study the chemical, physical, mineral composition, microstructural characteristics of the body of cultural relics, so as to provide technical support for the preservation and restoration of the body of cultural relics.
