錄像一直是我們看見世界的最好途徑，它能把生活在世界任何角落的人們都聯繫起來，觀者看著眼前生動的畫面，就像打開了多啦A夢的隨意門，瞬間走入了導演的世界裏。每年一度的【當下．未來影展--澳門X台灣X日本】又來了！活動自2014年起，由澳門、台灣及日本三地共同舉辦，今年已踏入第7年。透過三地合作，我們希望讓世界看到你的作品，讓你的努力及創作成果得到關注及認同。三地入選的作品將會在澳門專業影院及社區多個文藝咖啡店空間放映，部分亦將隨後在台灣及日本當地的影展活動放映，我們希望藉此跨城放映的平台，促進各地作品的創作及交流，讓本澳的影像及動畫作品走出去，放眼世界，擴闊發展平台，入選作品亦有機會被推送到其他地區不同類型的影展活動，力求為本澳影像創作者發掘更廣泛的國際發展空間。

＊    錄取名額：計劃選出優秀澳門原創影片及動畫約10-20件

＊    評審委員： 將邀請澳門、臺灣及日本三地影像動畫專業人士出任評委（待定）

＊    報名資格

1.     凡持有澳門居民身份證或在澳門就讀之學生(包括應屆畢業生)均可參與；

2.     參與作品需為原創作品；

3.     影片類型不限(包括劇情短片、動畫短片、實驗短片等)；

4.     影片長度應為15分鐘以內（多於15分鐘由評審決定是否入選）；

5.     作品需於2018年7月1日以後完成；

6.     提交作品件數及主題不限；

7.     符合參與資格者均可免費參與。

＊    報名流程

 1.   上傳完整影片至網路空間(例如youtube、Vimeo等影片上存空間)，並設置好觀看權限；

 2.   於截止報名日期前填妥網上報名表格(https://bit.ly/2Z1ampp)及完成上傳作品(不同作品需分開填寫報名表）；

 3.   等候通知結果（所有參與者均會收到電郵通知評選結果）。

＊    入圍作品

1.     入圍作品均會在澳門放映；

2.     入圍作品均有機會被推送參與各地影展（台灣、日本）；

3.     入圍者均獲由主辦方發出之入圍影展證書；

4.     主辦方將全力協助入選作品之宣傳推廣工作；

5.     入圍者需提供完整高清版影片予澳門業餘進修中心iCenter作放映之用途。

Present Future Film Festival - Macau X Taiwan X Japan 2020

Thanks for joining the “Present Future Film Festival Macau X Taiwan X Japan” 2020. In order to facilitate the development of video and animation creation, and discover more young talents, iCentre has been organizing the “Present Future Film Festival Macau X Taiwan X Japan” with Taiwan and Japan annually since 2014. The festival open call for Macau excellent video and animation works. Selected works will not only be showed in the screening sessions in Taiwan and Japan but also in the special screening sessions in Macau cinema and coffee shops together with works from Taiwan and Japan. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to be recommended by the organizer to participate in various international film festivals. The aim of this festival is to build up a platform for the exchange of video creation between the three cities and introduce the latest video works to the audience around the world, so as to explore more opportunities for the young talents to show off their works.

＊    Selection: 10-20 pieces of video and animation works from Macau.

＊    Judging Committee: Professional video artists from Macau, Taiwan and Japan will be invited.

＊    Qualification：

1.     Participant must be Macau resident ID holder or student studying in Macau.

2.     All Entries should be original works.

3.     There is no restriction on the videos categories (Including fiction, documentary,  experimental, etc.).

4.     Running time should be within 15 mins ( Over 15 mins will be decided by the judge).

5.     Works should be created after July 1, 2018.

6.     There is no restriction on the number of entries or themes.

7.     No participation fee or application fee.

＊    To apply：

1.     Upload full video to the video-hosting website ( E.g. Youtube, Vimeo, etc.), set viewing authority.

2.     Fill up the online application form (https://bit.ly/2Z1ampp) and finish uploading videos by the application deadline, email to : dolphin@uasmacau.com ( Subject to the email receiving time). Each entry should have one application form.

3.     Wait for the result ( All participants will be informed the result).

＊    Selected works：

1.     All selected works will be screened in Macau.

2.     All selected works will be recommended to the film festivals in Taiwan and Japan.

3.     Organizer will assist in the promotion for the selected works.

4.     Participant should provide complete high resolution video to iCentre if the work is selected for the purpose of screening.
